I thought I'd put up a few pics of the latest Tallacksen camping adventure. We camped at Nelson Dewey State Park over on the western side of Wisconsin. I planned enough in advance to reserve one of the four walk-in sites that sit on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi. Mom and Dad stayed all weekend, while Doug and Aurora and Dan and Amie stayed for one night only. We got hit by a little rain, but it was a great weekend anyway.

We got one tent and almost got the canopy all up before it started to rain in earnest.

Uno kept us busy when the rain was coming down or the sun was too hot.

Yep, that's the view from our site. The fire pit was out at the edge of the site and the bluff.

Another view from the campsite.
